REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
The organizing committee is not liable for any changes to the date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays, failed deliveries by mail, or a failure of electronic
communication.
All delegates must bring a government-approved photo ID for a smooth registration process.
Please provide a valid email address and mobile number during registration. These will be used for all communication,
including registration receipts and conference updates.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Registration is mandatory for all faculty members, delegates, award recipients, free/oral paper presenters, scientific
poster presenters, and workshop participants.
Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual.
Details of the official travel concierge will be available on the conference website for assistance.
The delegate kit will only be provided to registered delegates and not to accompanying persons, including spouse.
